1.       Order information + tracking number

After you’ve placed an order we send you an e-mail with a confirmation of your payment. As soon as the order has been picked at our warehouse we send you a tracking number for tracing the package.

Usually within 1-3 working days your order will arrive.

 

2.       Can I change my address after I’ve placed an order?

Yes, if you want to change the delivery address before you received a tracking number please send an e-mail to info@addmyberry.com.

If you already received a tracking number, please visit https://gls-group.eu/BE/en/track-trace and follow the instructions.

 

3.       Which payment methods do you accept?

Bancontact/Mister Cash – MasterCard – Maestro – VISA

 

4.       Can I add an item to my order after I’ve placed my order?

No, you have to place a new order.

 

5.       To which countries do you ship?

All over the world.

 

6.       Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?

7.       I’ve received my order but one of the items is missing, what do I do?

8.       I’ve received an incorrect item, what do I do?

9.       How can I return an article?

Each order can be returned within 14 calendar days. Before returning, please send an e-mail to info@addmyberry.com.

Please mention in the e-mail:

·         Your order number

·         Reason of return

·         If you want another product or size, please let us know what you want.

·         If you want refund please send us your bank account number. As soon as we received the items we will transfer the money.

It is important that all articles are in their original packaging and with no signs of wear, tags included. The buyer is responsible for all returning costs.
